This was the first time I worked with Jason he worked extremely hard to get me the deal I wanted. We spent a lot of time e-mailing back and forth since my time was limited and it was hard for me to come in. When he got the SUV in I went to the dealership and everything he told me he had done he did it was a quick and easy transaction. Jason went over all the options and how everything worked, he was extremely knowledgeable on everything on the SUV. I also worked with Pam in the finance she was very quick and accurate. She gave me all the choices I had for extra package. I have also used the services department for almost 20 year and would not trust anyone else with my truck. If you want a great experience from start to finish you diffidently want to go to Roya Moore More

Honest and Awesome I'm a small business owner in the same city and being so I expected a high caliper of service. Enter the first salesman who failed miserably and didn't even try to help, I had to cross the street to what I assumed was a different dealer. It was however still Royal Moore. I got the opportunity to meet two sales people that did outstanding, Leah ultimately helped me find exactly what I wanted in an Audi! Leah you were amazing thank you. I drove off the lot a happy man and the smile continued as I rolled my new car around until the next day when it started overheating. I called Ezra who is a sales manager and he didn't hesitate to help in every way possible. Thank you Ezra, you helped turn what would have been a nightmare into continued great experience. I can't timber every ones name that helped that day, the first salesman was bad, the second took me to several different lots attempting to help as much as he could, forgive me for not rendering your name. Also the jovial Broncos fan that pushed the paperwork through I appreciate your time! Dont ever let go of Leah, because in the grand scheme of it all, she made this happen! You all did great, next time I buy I will buy from you! More

Internet experience was extremely positive -- I had very specific requirements for the Tacoma I wanted and Jason located the exact one. During the process, he kept me updated on the build and delivery status electronically -- very low touch process for me. A big value for someone who is busy. Finally, the service dept at RM is straight forward and gets the job done quickly and correctly. Couldn't ask for more. More
