After several negative visits to other car dealerships in the Naperville/Aurora area, get into a brand-new CR-V, and the experience was outstanding. After several negative visits to other car dealerships in the Naperville/Aurora area, we admittedly came in with our guard up. However, our initial decision to visit Valley Honda was influenced by the great service we received there between 2017 and 2019 from their service department, and we’re so glad we returned. George was exceptionally friendly, genuine, family-oriented, and refreshingly not the stereotypical “salesman.” It’s clear that he truly cares about helping customers find the right car and the right deal, prioritizing their best interests. My husband and I greatly appreciated his honesty, guidance, and overall expertise of Honda vehicles. This was, without question, the smoothest and most comfortable car-buying experience we’ve had in the past decade. When our Ford lease ends, we fully intend to return to Honda, and specifically Valley Honda to work with George again, for our next vehicle. Thank you so much for actually caring about the customer and not just the sale. More
