We quickly realised that we can't live here without a car. We conducted a little research and decided Honda would be on our short list of vehicles to test drive. Valley Honda was recommended to us by a neighbour so we headed there first. We were introduced to Victor Ramirez who straight away made us feel welcome and he took us out to test two SUV models. He explained all of the technical/mechanical features clearly and concisely. It wasn't long before we realised this was the right choice and had no need to look any further. As the day rolled on, Victor went way above and beyond to ensure that we were fully informed and accommodated as the administrative process panned out. I was genuinely awestruck at how streamlined the experience turned out. We walked out of their office that evening feeling like kids on Christmas eve. A special shout-out to Mari who warmly guided us through the financial/legal process like we were chatting with one of our family or friends. Definitely a 5 star experience all round and highly recommended. More

So, to start our search, at the beginning of the day I emailed 3 dealers to get a basis of our car purchase. By far Valley Honda received the best reviews and has a stellar reputation. In truth, we really didn't plan on buying a car the same day until we had the pleasure of working with Megha Thallam. This started with her full transparency in answering my question of "what will the OTD price be for a CRV Sport Touring Hybrid...". No immediate call, no "when can I get you in" but rather a straight forward answer to my inquiry. Needless to say, we didn't visit another dealership. When you know, you know and we knew. Then we met her. Gracious, humble and curious. Not words typically ascribed to sales people and this is coming from a sales person. She made it easy. After the test drive, my wife and I grabbed lunch, both agreeing Megha earned our business. Then we had the pleasure of working with Mari Frank from the Finance department. Yes you read that correctly! Mari was a pleasure to work with and made this large purchase painless and enjoyable. Now we are enjoying our new ride!
