If a monthly payment is agreed upon once, then adding any additional financial fees (however important) afterwards feels very much like a “bait and switch” tactic. It feels disingenuous, like getting the rug pulled out from under the feet. Regardless, the staff at this location were all polite and professional and were happy to answer all our questions. The manager was also attentive and made sure we were able to stay close to the budget we initially agreed upon. More
