He worked with my parents to get them into a Subaru Crosstrek that they love — which is saying something, because getting them to agree on a car is usually a contact sport. Geovannie was patient, knew his stuff, answered every question (and there were many), and somehow managed to keep a sense of humor through all of it. If you’re looking for someone who actually listens, doesn’t play games, and makes the process feel like you’re talking to a real person instead of a walking sales pitch, go see Geovannie. Pine Belt Subaru added a $595 unapproved, unexplained, and undocumented charge to my car purchase. (This is in addition to the documentation fee in the same amount which was disclosed and documented.) To date, Pine Belt has not explained what this $595 charge is for, what it covers, what the terms and conditions are, or when it expires. I repeatedly asked Pine Belt for any information related to this $595 charge. Pine Belt has not given a clear answer. The Pine Belt salesman didn’t know and Pine Belt management did not return my calls or answer my questions. This is not the transparency that Pine Belt claims in its ads. UPDATE: I was contacted by the finance manager at Pine Belt Subaru who resolved the matter to my satisfaction. Thank you. More
