The intake went smoothly. Pickup with cashier service was not to my satisfaction. The initial cashier questioned my integrity regarding refilling gas tank of a loaner vehicle Pickup with cashier service was not to my satisfaction. The initial cashier questioned my integrity regarding refilling gas tank of a loaner vehicle and then proceeded to tell me that the loaner vehicle had a recall due to the sensor issue with gas tank after I gave her my receipt for gas I purchased for the loaner just down the street from Med Center Mazda. I would suggest letting the customer know of these issues or not even loan a vehicle out that has a recall on sensor rather than falsely accusing a customer of not refilling the tank with gas prior to returning. More

My experience with Med Center Mazda was great. I got there early and was greeted politely at the check-in counter. They sent me a video of the work as they perform the work; letting me know how I got there early and was greeted politely at the check-in counter. However, I did feel the pressure from the guy at the desk to get other services while I only wanted an timely manner and had great customer service.
