We purchased the Car Care Service Plan when we purchased our vehicle in 2021. The service department almost never remembers to apply the benefits. I had a positive experience scheduling an appointment online - the process was easy, and the wait time was very reasonable. I also appreciated the video walkthrough from the technician, which was very he online - the process was easy, and the wait time was very reasonable. The only downside was that the price quoted when I approved the work in the app increased at checkout and then adjusted again while they were trying to sort it out. I’m not sure why it fluctuated, but it would have been helpful to know the final price upfront as I ended up paying slightly more. More

What bothered me most was the lack of urgency or care. I wasn’t asking for free work, just for someone to help me understand my options and guide me toward a safe repair. Communication was minimal, and there was no effort to go above and beyond, something I’ve experienced at other dealerships. Overall, it felt like I was just another problem to pass along, not a valued customer. More

I waited for over three hours for an oil change despite having an appointment. I also had an oil leak after service and had to go to a different service center to get my oil cap tightened and my oil topped having an appointment.
