Med Center Mazda's Service department is fantastic! Both my coordinator Gerald and my technician Chris were very courteous, professional, and informative. Could not have asked for any nicer guys. I love the complete video coverage and explanations of the servicing being done, that was sent to me by Chris through texting, while waiting. Gerald was extremely nice and helpful. And Chris, the technician did a great job with the work as well as explaining what he was doing at the same time. Very pleasant experience once again. Med Center Mazda‘s Service Department rates an A+ with me. The wait time was a little long, but the Service I got was worth the wait!! See you guys again soon, and thank you so much! We purchased the Car Care Service Plan when we purchased our vehicle in 2021. The service department almost never remembers to apply the benefits. I had a positive experience scheduling an appointment online - the process was easy, and the wait time was very reasonable. I also appreciated the video walkthrough from the technician, which was very he online - the process was easy, and the wait time was very reasonable. The only downside was that the price quoted when I approved the work in the app increased at checkout and then adjusted again while they were trying to sort it out. I’m not sure why it fluctuated, but it would have been helpful to know the final price upfront as I ended up paying slightly more. More

What bothered me most was the lack of urgency or care. I wasn’t asking for free work, just for someone to help me understand my options and guide me toward a safe repair. Communication was minimal, and there was no effort to go above and beyond, something I’ve experienced at other dealerships. Overall, it felt like I was just another problem to pass along, not a valued customer. More
