Instead, I got a friendly person who didn’t try to “push” anything on me. He was helpful, he was kind, he was accommodating. That was my experience with Ron, my only complaint is that he was out of work for 2 weeks due to a family emergency and failed to notify me or connect me with another salesman which delayed the process by 1 day. Dennis, the finance manager, was amazing. He was kind, and patient with me despite me being anxious during the process. He even connected me with Alex who filled up my tank (half way) put on my plates, and my special plate holder as I competed the paperwork with Dennis. My only complaint is that my car wasn’t washed/detailed and with COVID-19 I thought that was very unsanitary. Since then, I’ve paid for a thorough detail and I couldn’t be happier in my new car. Purchased a new 2015 Grand Cherokee Limited Diesel last week and it's been great, drive is very smooth and quiet for a diesel, I read reviews saying it was noisy idling, but not the case at all.
