Honest, no pressure, enjoyable experience Gerard Rennie was professional, honest and very knowledgeable and we did not feel any pressure during our car shopping experience at Smithtown Kia. He Gerard Rennie was professional, honest and very knowledgeable and we did not feel any pressure during our car shopping experience at Smithtown Kia. He spent a lot of time with us in the car prior to our test drive whereby he explained each of the car's features. He went out of his way to locate a car in the color we wanted since Smithtown Kia had just sold the last Kia Niro in the color we wanted. The day we picked up the car Gerard spent a lot of time again, going over all the features of the car and answered any question we had about the car. He was extremely knowledgeable about each of the features. He also told us that we should feel free to contact him with any questions that we might have after buying/driving the car. I really appreciated the time he spent because previously I bought a different car from a different dealer and never quite understood some of its features and therefore never took advantage of them. I now fully understand my Kia Niro and love all of its incredible features! More
