2020 Telluride ex. I would like to thank the staff of Smithtown Kia on my experience buying My new Kia. I live in South Carolina and a former resident of Long Island. I would like to thank the staff of Smithtown Kia on my experience buying My new Kia. I live in South Carolina and a former resident of Long Island. I was searching for the Telluride with tow package EX. My sale consultant was Gerard Rennie. He was polite and a true gentleman. There was a two to three months for the car I wanted. In S.C . My daughter lives on Long Island so I check with Smithtown Kia. They had my car and I was able to make a deal. I would also like to thank Liz for all her help with registration and title work. Leased our2nd car with Gerard and had another fantastic experience. Even though we leased the same car the day before, he spent time going over all the functions of this new car. We had an amazingly wonderful experience at Smithtown Kia working with Gerard! We told him what we were looking for and what our parameters were and he worked with us and played no games. He was so patient and kind throughout the entire experience. It was such a pleasure feeling no pressure and knowing that Gerard listened to our needs and helped us get into the car we wanted.
