He was working with many customers all day but made me feel like I was the only one! I highly recommend choosing this dealership and Gerry to help you purchase your next car. Even though I was stuck in there for what felt like forever, Gerry, Eric, Sunny and Max called in all the favors to get me driving out in my new car as fast as possible, which is greatly appreciated! They made the whole process comfortable, fun, quick and enjoyable! Really they have the dream team. I live almost 2 hours from the dealership but I will definitely be going there for service just to see everyone. I’ll be recommending Braintree Toyota to all of my family and friends! Thanks guys!! He knew every technical detail of the models and trims, which gave us confidence in the purchase. He communicated throughout the entire process, and ensured the experience was enjoyable. Candace approached us to offer us beverages, which made us feel so welcome. Willy was also great. Fred was also very knowledgeable, and it was clear he enjoys his job and employer.
