First of all, I can't say enough about your salesperson Gerry G Gorham. I had a 2009 Nissan Altima that I purchased new. I was concerned that I was getting to the point where I really should salesperson Gerry G Gorham. I had a 2009 Nissan Altima that I purchased new. I was concerned that I was getting to the point where I really should get something newer. Because of Toyota's reputation of longevity, I decided that would me the next make of car. I ran into Gerry socially and when I found out he worked for Toyota, I knew I way ready to buy. When I bought new vehicles in the past, it was pretty easy, car lots a full of bright and shiny new cars. THIS time, for the first time ever, I had some special things that I wanted. I presented them to Gerry. First off, he made sure that I was comfortable with the model I would be purchasing. I was. Next he went on a mission to find the car for me. I was VERY specific about getting a certain color. He found exactly what I wanted. During the process of waiting for it to arrive in Braintree, he kept me updated on progress made via texts. One thing I especially liked is that he would send videos of my car to me (while I was gathering up my purchase money). The anticipation grew. He answered every question that I asked, and I had a lot of them. Today, this senior citizen drove home with probably the last car she would probably own. Yes, I am on Social Security so I needed to get the best deal not only on my purchase, but on the trade-in value of my car. Gerry treated me with respect and courtesy from day 1 through today, when I purchased my brand new Toyota Corolla. Hats off to him and to others in Braintree who made it all happen...Joey Foy, Emmanuel Hernandes, and Carlos Ortega.
