I do not recall meeting a Richard Anderson, but SB Hyundai was great! My first contact was online where I met Gerry Soto. We were able to open negotiations online and then I came in to see the car in Hyundai was great! My first contact was online where I met Gerry Soto. Gerry was great, especially when we changed the model we had in mind and wound up going with the top of the line Santa Fe Calligraphy! Getty was a great salesman and it was due to his enthusiasm and passion that we went ahead with a much more expensive model! More

Poor customer service in the service department. Nobody answers the phones or calls back. There's never a loaner car available even though your car is stuck there for weeks if not longer.
