He was very knowledgeable and friendly. It started raining that evening and we went inside, he offered us a warm drink and walked with us to the drink station. He explained all the paperwork, answered our questions, gave us his contact information, and engaged in a friendly conversation with us. One of the things I really liked is I went to the dealership to look at one SUV and he wasn’t like a lot of sale people who try to pressure into something your not looking for and or can't afford. The finance department was awesome as well and friendly. Mark worked with me and I went home with a new SUV and I absolutely love it. My experience was great one. More

Not only did he speak professionally about my purchase and answer all our questions we were able to speak with him and ask him how he was doing, his son's, his time at the dealership as well. He made sure we had his contact information before we left and again when we left the dealership. We had a wonderful; experience from the time we entered the dealership and left with my new purchase.
