Working with Gianna was great! I live out of state, and at the time I was purchasing my car, I had to be out of town for work. Gianna and the rest of the staff at Modern Auto wer I live out of state, and at the time I was purchasing my car, I had to be out of town for work. Gianna and the rest of the staff at Modern Auto were very accommodating to my schedule and needs. They all made the process very easy and hassle free. Definitely recommending you all to my friends in Southern NH and MA. More

Dealership staff and Gianna were incredibly helpful and they didn't pressure me into anything I wasn't already there for. The process was very seamless and stress free. I was suprised how much less complic they didn't pressure me into anything I wasn't already there for. The process was very seamless and stress free. I was suprised how much less complicated it was than at other dealerships I've purchased cars from. Gianna even drove all the way up to NH to help me finish the paperwork for my car purchase. I'm very grateful to have found the car I wanted and am even more grateful dealerships this down to earth still exist! More

As someone who hates car shopping, this experience may have changed my mind! My daughter had done her research and knew exactly what she wanted and at what price point. We made an appointment with Gianna have changed my mind! My daughter had done her research and knew exactly what she wanted and at what price point. We made an appointment with Gianna who was truly amazing to work with. There was no pressure, no back & forth with a manager which has been my typical experience. We had a 10:15 appointment, discussed our needs, did a test drive, walked through financing, got the car cleaned, insured, registered and drove off in a new car with a full tank of gas that same afternoon. Highly recommend Gianna and the team (Keith was also fantastic to work with!) More
