One of the main reasons I traveled north to DeLand Kia was because of Karen Reyes, the internet sales manager. To be honest, I would have loved to have just dealt with her personally, but she made everything make sense and was a huge factor in my decision. I also want to give a big shout-out to Alejandra for taking all the information and making it very easy for me to understand. I'm truly impressed with the team at DeLand Kia and look forward to lifetime oil changes and building a great relationship with their service department. More

I have made multiple phones calls, left voicemails and e-mails, and even texts with people in the business office and sales. The title paperwork has still not been filed on the car we bought 25 days ago, so I am now having to scramble trying to get a tag for my daughter's car (temp tag runs out on Monday). I can't even get anybody from the dealership to call me back unless I ask for sales - and then they listen to me and say "we'll have somebody call you". Still waiting.
