Needed 2 days worth of extra paint prep & paint correction plus was charged an additional fee for this prior to applying paint protection film onto this vehicle!!! Was supposed to be a 4-5hr appointment! I as well as others cars I noticed in lot that were prepped for by detailers for customer pickup, all received shiny cars w/ paint scratches!!!! More

He wasn’t pushy at all, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything which was great because that showed I could trust him. I was at several dealerships before Mazda and he by far was the best sales person I interacted with. Very pleased with the service from him. More
