Josh Dale knows the rav4 inside and out. He he showed us a used one with the features that we were looking for and pointed out that they had another new one coming in the and allowed us to p He he showed us a used one with the features that we were looking for and pointed out that they had another new one coming in the and allowed us to put a hold on it so we could look at it. in the meantime a brand new RAV4 limited came in and he called and asked us to look at it. He demonstrated all of its features. He knows exactly what he was talking about. He went through all the features of the car, and how it works demonstrated all of the buttons and set up. Our iPhone links and took us for a test ride. we love the car. More

Honestly, I can’t name a better duo to work with other than Eugene and Gil! The minute we arrived on the lot to the time we left the lot. They were both there if we had any questions. They made sure that than Eugene and Gil! The minute we arrived on the lot to the time we left the lot. They were both there if we had any questions. They made sure that we had everything we needed. Especially having our two toddlers there. It’s not every parents dream to bring their toddlers to a dealership! However, the patience and understanding was very much appreciated! Especially by the time we got to the financial office with Zak! He was quick and efficient. Helped us get in and out with extreme patience! My husband and I are thankful we ended up working with Eugene as our main salesman! It was a great overall experience and we look forward to servicing our brand new car at Toyota of Brookfield for years to come! See you guys in 6 months! More
