Found a car I was interested in, horrible communication on their part. Also when they quoted me, there as $4,000+ add one from the advertised price and never have gotten back to after 1/2 dozen times reach on their part. The best dealership around! We have two vehicles that we take to Toyota of Brookfield. Gil and Josh are always a pleasure to work with! Gil is always fast at responding and helping set up any appointments i take to Toyota of Brookfield. Gil and Josh are always a pleasure to work with! Gil is always fast at responding and helping set up any appointments i need. Once I bring in my vehicle Josh is always there to help check me in and make the process fast and easy. They both have great customer service skills and communicate everything so i know what is happening. Always in and out in a timely matter. Would recommend this dealership and employees to anyone!
