New Car; new dealership Worked with TJ and Gil on purchasing my GLK. Both were professional and attentive to my needs. The vehicle was delivered on time and in beautiful condition. Although it is "pre-owned" it looks brand new. I got a fair price for my trade and I paid a fair price for what I got in return. A win-win situation. I have heard Herb Chambers was a good place to work and if TJ and Gil are representative of the rest of the staff I can recommend Herb Chambers Flagship Motors as a good place to buy a car. More

Top-Notch information and care I just recently purchased a Mercedes from Flagship Motors. Note that I am typically an indecisive person, but Ryan took the time and spent over 4 hour I just recently purchased a Mercedes from Flagship Motors. Note that I am typically an indecisive person, but Ryan took the time and spent over 4 hours with me answering all of my questions which helped me ultimately pick my dream car. Not only that, but they also delivered my car to my place of work and unveiled it! I have never experienced that level of care and support when purchasing a car. Truly Top-Notch service! More

You are remembered by your name, even though one is not there very often, and that makes a big difference. You may pay a little more, but, hey it's a Mercedes, right, and the old adage of getting what you pay for is certainly true in the case of Flagship Motors. Darnell Caruso-Stewart is a pleasure to work with and the reason I came back when I decided to order a 2014 ML350. Flagship Motors is fortunate to have people like Darnell, Gil Otero, Al Swirka and Grace Cosco on their staff. Keep up the good work. More

We drove into the Lot of Flagship Motorcars Mercedes in Lynnfield, MA, and were introduced to Darnell Caruso-Stewart in the sales department. Darnell asked what she could do to help us and we told her tha Lynnfield, MA, and were introduced to Darnell Caruso-Stewart in the sales department. Darnell asked what she could do to help us and we told her that we were interested in a GLK 250...immediately she showed us what was in inventory and we started to talk numbers and were introduced to Gil Otero, sales manager. We discussed two cars in particular and tried to make the numbers work and decided to leave the dealership and go back to Boston and think about the potential purchase as we were headed home to Vermont after the Thanksgiving holiday with our son in Boston. Darnell followed up after Thanksgiving and we thanked her for helping us but we felt that things were not going to work and maybe we would revisit the deal another time. She asked if we could talk in a conference call with her and Gil Otero, sales manager and Paul McDaniels, general manager and we agreed. Collectively they tried their best to structure a better deal for us and we decided to again talk between ourselves and get back to them. After my wife and I talked we decided to try one more time and called Darnell...she was on the phone...we asked to speak with Mr.McDaniels and he agreed to a deal on the phone and we stopped on our way back to Vermont and signed the papers. It is refreshing to deal with an honorable Dealership that actually wants to make things work and can empathize with their customers. We are enjoying our GLK and could not ask for any better treatment at an automobile dealership...anywhere! Thanks guys!!! More

Getting real close to entering the "penalty" phase on miles on my 33 month lease (15K miles per year) for a 2011 Mercedes-Benz C300, I had just started to explore options for my next car and I w phase on miles on my 33 month lease (15K miles per year) for a 2011 Mercedes-Benz C300, I had just started to explore options for my next car and I wanted to do something different. While servicing my 2nd vehicle at Herb Chambers Lexus of Norwell, the Lexus sales manager (Chip Gray) offered to introduce me to one of his counterparts (Gil Otero) at another Herb Chamber's store (Flagship Motors). Within minutes (while on the phone) Gil put a stupendous 27 month lease deal together on a 2104 E350 4matic Sport Sedan that would also pull me completely through my lease 7 months early. A few minutes later he followed up with the deal details by email. Two hours later I was in the showroom where Gil introduced me to Darnell, who took the deal the rest of the way. She is arguably one of the best sales associates I've ever had a chance to work with in over 20 car deals. Swift, efficient, thorough and personable are four words that come quickly to mind in my experience with her. While the car was getting its inspection sticker, Paul McDaniels (the GM) came over to meet and thank me. An hour later I drove away with my new car. Great deal, great people, great experience. Ibe and Gil helped me in many ways, which made buying my new GLK250 Mercedes much easier than I anticipated. I really appreciated their going beyond my expectations; let me be more specific. There were two occasions in the buying process where I needed help getting to and from the dealership. In one instance, they drove me home - which is not down the street! Another time Ibe met me at Logan airport and brought me to the dealership. Well done guys. The car I wanted was not in their inventory. However, Ibe carefully elucidated my specific specifications, and they were able to locate the exact car and have it brought to their dealership. Again, well done. I’d be happy to work with them again, and refer the dealership to others. More

Purchased a used MB E class. My salesperson Justin Kloack was very helpful and professional. He answered all questions and was knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. Also dealt with Sales M was very helpful and professional. He answered all questions and was knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. Also dealt with Sales Manager Gil Otero. Mr Otero was unprofessional in questioning my honesty regarding what I paid for my trade. I answered honestly and Mr. Otero's response was quite unprofessional and rude. This response from him was completely unnecessary as it had no effect on the value of my trade in. I also dealt with General Manager Charles Saghbini who professionally handled the closing of the sale. All in all with the exception of Mr. Otero the buying experience was good. More

Flagship Motorcars in Lynnfield MA. certainly earns their negative reviews. I called to schedule a test drive for a CPO E series sedan. Upon arrival I was directed to salesman Irving Lizardo. I explained negative reviews. I called to schedule a test drive for a CPO E series sedan. Upon arrival I was directed to salesman Irving Lizardo. I explained I wanted to test drive a vehicle I located online. Irving confirmed the vehicle was still available and proceeded to review the carfax and maintenance of the vehicle. An hour and a half later, I finally got the opportunity to test drive the vehicle. I liked the vehicle and wanted to inquire regarding the price. Irving conveniently omitted the part about the Herb Chambers "smart pricing" until the end. They even have a video to watch regarding how they price their vehicles. I guess that's a good way to justify why they are overpriced. Irving finally gave me the numbers on my trade and I asked how much the car would be discounted. Irving stated, "Nothing." He referred me to their "smart pricing" again and stated it was fair. Don't be fooled by their BS "smart pricing" tactics. I researched Autotrader and Edmunds and found many other Mercedes, same model, with lower mileage for cheaper money. They were ALL certified pre-owned. I politely told Irving that I did not want to waste his time and declined to buy the car for that price. As I stood up, Irving stopped me and stated he could maybe get my trade an additional three thousand dollars. (What a coincidence that my trade immediately developed three thousand dollars value) Enter Sales Manager Marc Limage. Typical sales tactic of bringing the sales manager to the table. I asked why they couldn't reduce the price of the vehicle. Marc said he could reduce it by one or two hundred dollars. It was insulting to say the least. I finally thanked him for his time and walked out. Irving stated he would call in a few days. I received a call from Internet Manager and Client Care Specialist Craig Bovio. Craig actually asked me if I could see myself in that vehicle. That's the extensive "client care specialist" training you get at a Mercedes dealership? Pathetic!! I explained to Craig the only issue I had was the price difference. Craig said he would call me back. I NEVER heard from him again. I received a call from Business Development Manager Michael Andrews. Michael was the third person calling me asking if I liked the car. I told him I loved the car but had only one issue. The price difference. He too, said he would call me back. I NEVER heard from him again. I finally heard back from Irving nine days after my test drive. Irving asked, "Where are we?" I reminded him of our discussion about the price difference. I further explained that I would sign a deal TODAY if the numbers were right. Irving said he would call me back by the end of the day either way. I explained to him that Michael and Craig said the same thing and never returned calls. Irving assured me, and promised he would call me by the end of the day. I NEVER heard from him again. I called Flagship on Monday and spoke with New Sales Manager Gil Otero. I was referred to Gil from a friend. Gil was pleasant and I explained the situation. Gil apologized for his employees and looked into the car for me. Gil then apologized and stated, the car was sold. Two managers and one employee can't even follow up with a return phone call? This is a luxury car Mercedes Benz dealership that prides themselves on customer service? I expected a lot more from a so called "Mercedes Benz" dealership. Unfortunately for Flagship, "word of mouth" runs deep, I can assure you. I will inform everyone I know of the negative experience. More
