Expert) by the name of Christos Kosivas. He made the leaning experience very easy for us. He took his time to make sure that we understood how the entertainment system worked as well as the safety and convenience features on our new Mercedes. Mr. Ogwu was also very personable, affable and very easy to deal with--no high pressure sales tactics, just completely direct and forthright.! This was greatly appreciated! It only took a few hours to strike a deal and thereafter Mr. Oqwu, with purpose, made sure all else went very smoothly. I have complete confidence and trust whenever my wife or daughter bring their car for service. Knowing that only the service that is necessary will be performed gives me a great sense of comfort that I don't have to bring each car when they are due for service. In the last 7 years I have purchased approximately 8 vehicles, all from Joe and I will say that he has never sold me an option that i would never use.
