Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased a 2016 Honda Accord v6 with a manual transmission last September 2019. Within the first week I started noticing a high pitched chirping noise coming from the transmission. I notified Gillian Barnes immediately and was told it would be taken care of. I’ve been waiting for over a year now for the issue to have only gotten worse affecting the drivability of the vehicle and constantly hearing this annoying noise. Over a year later and nothing has yet to be fixed. Gillian has told me numerous times that she would take care of it, that she would call me back later that day to get something set up and then never calls back. Nothing has come out of it except talk. Everything seems great at this dealership until something happens with the vehicle and they don’t back up their promises. Would not recommend buying from this dealership. More

Our salesperson, Gillian Barnes, made the entire experience pleasant and easy. When we needed another car this year, we did shop all around to check on other makes and dealers. After all our research we realized that the Acura again was the best value for the cost--and that no other dealer would compare to the excellent service that we have received at Crown. We traded in a Mercedes 350 ML when we bought our 2019 RDX and have been MUCH happier with the RDX than we ever were with the Mercedes. Gillian is by far the best sales representative that we have ever had. She spent over an hour again going over every aspect of our new car on the day of delivery. We had to order our new 2021 Acura, and she kept us informed about the progress of the new car in production and delivery. More
