I’ve had so many bad experiences at this dealership- they don’t care about the customer they just worry about making money. Starting from an issue where i had a recall on my engine and it was completely swap don’t care about the customer they just worry about making money. Starting from an issue where i had a recall on my engine and it was completely swapped out (took 2 weeks to complete the job) and having to fight for a rental / reimbursement- to my latest issue of having engine troubles (different car) just to find out it’s the alternator and being charged $200 and quoted $2000 for an alternator is insane. I dropped my car off on Monday and no one did any work on the vehicle until Tuesday because they claimed they had the wrong number which is inaccurate because I called twice for a follow up on the given Monday. There is no customer service and i was spoken to in an ill manner for no reason This is the worst Kia dealer in Orlando More

Joshua was great on first meeting, made you feel heard and reassured. After that radio silence. My car sat there for about 8 days and despite all my efforts to get an update on my car and it was nothing. and reassured. After that radio silence. My car sat there for about 8 days and despite all my efforts to get an update on my car and it was nothing. Emailed the GM no response. Gina was the only saving grace they had. She called a few times talked about my options and despite being hot on the phone she was professional. My only gripe is she quote the cost plus tax. When I get there to pay the bill there's a whole bunch of added fees that took what was supposed to be 800 way over 1000. More

The issue is with communication. Originally I brought my EV6 in with a charging issue on April 30. They could not replicate the issue as they used a level 3 charger instead of a leve Originally I brought my EV6 in with a charging issue on April 30. They could not replicate the issue as they used a level 3 charger instead of a level 2. I brought it back to the dealership at the end of May with the same issue. This time they tried the level 2 and level. 1 chargers and it wouldn't charge. Back to the reason for the low score - not once did Joshua call or text to provide me an update on the car. I would have to try numerous times to get anyone to answer the phone when I would call and all I would get is that Joshua will call me right back. Problem is he never would. I also tried to leave messages for the service manager, but her mailbox is full and hangs up on you. The only way to communicate with Joshua was to drive down to the dealership and hunt him down to get an update. Finally, after close to four weeks, they found the issue (which they knew what it was after a few days, but Kia wanted to try everything under the sun first) and completed the repair. Luckily, my wife works at home and we had an extra car at our disposal while the car was in the shop. At no time was I offered a loaner or rental even though it states that they have them on their website. So, the issue here is communication or the lack of it. I spent hours trying to get in touch with Joshua over the days between calls and texts. It's frustrating to be left in the dark when a simple text or call stating where things are would alleviate that frustration. More
