The entire experience from start to finish was seamless. I was in a less than ideal situation and needed a reliable vehicle within my price point. Prior to this experience I had shopped around for the SAME I was in a less than ideal situation and needed a reliable vehicle within my price point. Prior to this experience I had shopped around for the SAME vehicle from other dealers and it seemed like a never ending series of fees after fees and run arounds. I had lost hope in finding the vehicle I was in the market for without the typical negative dealership experience. When I came in I was kindly greeted by Bryce. Not once throughout our conversations did I feel like it was me vs. the sales department. I explained my situation , spoke about the possibilities and he went above and beyond to make the experience positive. Gina was also very open in her communication regarding the finance and numbers. I had doubts about purchasing a vehicle through a dealer especially because the negative experiences I had in the past. I was ready to buy , had conveyed that with other dealerships for a very similar vehicle , and never even received a phone call despite expressing interest 3 times(I’m looking at you Ramsey Subaru ). I saw the vehicle on a Friday 03/14/25, left deposit on Monday 03/17/25 , and took the vehicle home on Friday 03/21/25 After Bryce even picked me up from my home 50 mins away. Most positive car purchasing experience I’ve had. Do not hesitate to work with them. More
