Disappointed that I purchased a 2024 Nissan Frontier on June 12th, in the glove compartment was owners manuals for a 2026 Frontier. Told the sales person as well as a manager I needed the 2024 Frontier ma June 12th, in the glove compartment was owners manuals for a 2026 Frontier. Told the sales person as well as a manager I needed the 2024 Frontier manuals for my model. Verbally and in messages. Zero response weeks later. Apparently they just want to sale vehicles and not provide necessary support. Disappointing. Now I have to scramble to find the needed owners manuals on my own rather then having had them provided as they should have been from the initial purchase. More

I was told they would buy my car but when I asked if they could come to my condo (bad heart & painful to walk) they said they would check & call back. Never did. I called 2 times to follow up - same result could come to my condo (bad heart & painful to walk) they said they would check & call back. Never did. I called 2 times to follow up - same result. I am going to have to sell elsewhere. Service on my car, however, has been excellent. More
