I always have a horrible experience with this dealership. The staff there are rude and unfriendly and behave as if they are doing me a favor. The wait time is unacceptably long. They mention wait time is abo The staff there are rude and unfriendly and behave as if they are doing me a favor. The wait time is unacceptably long. They mention wait time is about an hour, last time I had to wait 2.5 hours. Previous to that, I waited 1.5 hours and then asked where my car is, and they forgot to take it to the shop. I expressed my concern to the service manager, his attitude was that it was somehow my problem. Totally unacceptable. I have lived in different states and have dealt with 4 different Honda dealership, never had as bad an experience as the Executive Honda Meriden. I am looking for other options. More

Gina/Genna was super helpful and kind and assisted me with every aspect of my car 9 point inspection and repair. I had been to 2 other Honda dealers to get my remote start button fixed, and all of them r with every aspect of my car 9 point inspection and repair. I had been to 2 other Honda dealers to get my remote start button fixed, and all of them refused to acknowledge it being the problem so they could charge me for a new FOB and a new starter (insane, and I didn’t go through with the new starter luckily). I told Gina/Genna and the first thing she checked and diagnosed was the faulty push to start button. She saved me over $500 and a lot of time and energy. She is the greatest! More
