Ginny is my advisor and was very rude when I called with concerns after my service.someone damaged my rear mirror and the check engine light is now on. She said it will cost me to check on it and I need an concerns after my service.someone damaged my rear mirror and the check engine light is now on. Very bad experience. My ID4 have electrical system error can not change and they gave me appointment for September 6th when I went there on Aug 4th. They did not have My ID4 have electrical system error can not change and they gave me appointment for September 6th when I went there on Aug 4th. They did not have courtesy car for more than a month. They are very low staff no one want to work there. I bought two ID4 from the same location. More

once you schedule your service , you get a price when booking it, then you come and is $100 or in my case was $200 more , than what the original price stated WHEN I BOOKED THE APPT. THEN IM THERE , $60 booking it, then you come and is $100 or in my case was $200 more , than what the original price stated WHEN I BOOKED THE APPT. THEN IM THERE , $600 FOR THE SERVICE TOTAL BUT I AM TOLD THAT I HAVE A NAIL IN MY TIRE WHICH WILL COST YOU $200 MORE, THE SERVICE HERE IS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE , I AM A NERVOUS WRECK SITTING THERE TO LEAVE WITH A BILL CLOSED TO $1,000!!!! More

We're on our 8th VW and the last 6 have all come from Hamilton VW, the most recent being the 2023 VW ID 4 Standard which we got a few weeks ago. Pete has been an exceptionally easy sales rep to deal wit Hamilton VW, the most recent being the 2023 VW ID 4 Standard which we got a few weeks ago. Pete has been an exceptionally easy sales rep to deal with. And more importantly the service dept has been fantastic (we've been their customer since we moved to the area in '98). More
