Very poor customer service on the part of the service advisor..Rude, as well as wasted my time .Had no intention of fixing my vehicle...Chose not to honor my warranty, as well as cost me a day's worth of advisor..Rude, as well as wasted my time .Had no intention of fixing my vehicle...Chose not to honor my warranty, as well as cost me a day's worth of pay because I had to miss work just to be sitting around for 5 hours for nothing.. just to receive a video of my vehicle..but they had no intention on repairing my vehicle... and had the audacity to return it to me in the same state it was brought to them.. knowing that its unsafe to drive and also knowing that my family travels daily to work and school in that vehicle, and it's still in the hazardous condition as of right now...Goes to show they truly dont care about the lives of my family or myself More

Service was completed resulting in another new battery. I still suspect this vehicle has an intermittent power draw when sitting in our driveway. I do wish you would have left the battery disconnect device on the car so I did not have to re-install it when I returned home.
