Worst dealership ever I was in Disney from Pennsylvania and had to take my truck in. I had to wait hours only to find out their courtesy vehicle took at least one person a I was in Disney from Pennsylvania and had to take my truck in. Then they “fixed” my truck and as soon as I picked it up, you could tell it wasn’t fixed. In fact, they didn’t even take it for a test drive. Recall and repairs I came in for a few simple repairs and a recall service. I was quoted a price and authorized repairs on a Friday and was told my vehicle would be read I came in for a few simple repairs and a recall service. I was quoted a price and authorized repairs on a Friday and was told my vehicle would be ready the following Monday. I received a call Monday morning and was told my vehicle was ready but would cost more than $100.00 than I was quoted and authorized. My service advisor was never able to give me an itemized invoice which I requested several times through their text service and by telephone. It was very difficult to communicate with my Service Advisor as he did not return my calls or answer my text messages in a timely manner. A part was left uninstalled from my console. To the dealerships credit, I was sble to reslove the matter with the Service Dept Manager and paid only what I was originally quoted. The overall experience was very frustrating! More
