My overall experience was great. Gio did an excellent job in assisting me on my purchase. He was able to locate the car that i wanted w all the options i need. Giovanni offered us great personal service from the minute we walked through the door. No tricks, no side-stepping, just very straight-forward with every aspect of the buying process. The dealership was not only able to beat the other offers that we had but exceeded the offers beyond what we were expecting. We were able to get the exact car we wanted with every option on our list. When taking delivery of the vehicle the paperwork was all ready for us to sign so that we would be able to drive away as soon as possible. Overall Giovanni and Benzel-Busch were great at meeting and exceeding our needs, they were very professional, and very focused on putting the customer first. I would definitely recommend Giovanni and Benzel-Busch to everyone I know. More
