I have been a long-time loyal customer of this dealership, purchasing multiple vehicles here over the years and regularly bringing them in for service. Recently, my family was in the market for a dealership, purchasing multiple vehicles here over the years and regularly bringing them in for service. Recently, my family was in the market for a new vehicle. We decided to special order one with specific features, as we weren’t in a hurry and wanted it exactly the way we needed. After placing the order, I never received a single update unless I reached out first. Roughly 10 weeks later, I was finally contacted that the vehicle was “ready.” When I arrived to test drive and sign paperwork, I quickly realized something was very wrong. The dealership had canceled my order without ever notifying me. Instead, they tried to sell me a different vehicle at a higher price with added items I did not order and that they refused to remove. Even after showing my signed order documents, the sales manager refused to acknowledge their mistake. This experience was incredibly disappointing, especially after generations of my family have done business here. I was treated like just another number and just another sale. I will never return to purchase or service a vehicle here again. If you’re considering a GMC, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. More

Terrible Experience – Be Cautious I leased a vehicle from Hardin on May 2, 2025, and over 30 days later, my trade-in still hadn’t been paid off — until I followed up repeatedly. When payment was finally from Hardin on May 2, 2025, and over 30 days later, my trade-in still hadn’t been paid off — until I followed up repeatedly. When payment was finally processed, the payoff amount was nearly $1,200 short of what was agreed upon in my contract. This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unprofessional from start to finish. I had to monitor the process myself and follow up multiple times — something no customer should have to do after a signed deal. Even worse, Manager Giovanni Yanez and Finance Manager Talia were caught attempting to short the payoff. Thankfully, I reviewed everything closely. But had I not, I would have been left covering the difference. If you’re considering doing business with Hardin, triple-check every document and number. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly urge management to re-evaluate their internal accountability. More
