It is very frustrating that a business decides to remain open during the pandemic and blames their lack of service on "new territory". You servicing customers that made appointments on your website, used your night key drop, checking your appointments and the key drop are not "new territory". That is NORMAL business that you have decided doesn't matter. More concerning then that though was the complete disregard for safety precautions that have been explained by multiple sources. Face Masks, gloves, social distancing etc. NONE of these were being observed when I visited the dealership today to get my car. While you may think that they are being observed, you obviously were not in the dealership while I was. No one was wearing a mask, no one was wearing gloves, there were customers sitting at the sales desks of the dealership, people were congregated all together not maintaining distance etc.
