Why we liked the Lexus team: No-pressure, we didn't feel rushed, we drove around both on the highway and the back roads. We felt they were trustworthy They listened to us and let me ask lots of questions Overall the process was quick and painless No games, the Final price was exactly as we negotiated (no last-minute surprises)--well actually there was one bump but Glauco kept the paper we had written that detail on and the finance person honored what was written. There was NO high pressure Up-Sell on dealership Add On's (a pet peeve of mine). AND— Glauco was a Professional, Engaging, Warm, Attentive salesperson that we look forward to seeing around town (SB is a small town). More

Tony Rucker handled our pre-inspection check by taking the vehicle we were preparing to purchase to our personal mechanic. They already knew that a Lexus product spoke for itself. They were right! Tina Flores (so patient) and Joe Green (quite knowledgeable and supportive) made our contract completion a smooth process as they demonstrated checks and balances with the paperwork.
