"On my way to being a loyal customer" Over the past 20 years I have owned or leased three Subarus. When nearing the end of our last lease in February, I was frustrated with a Boston area Over the past 20 years I have owned or leased three Subarus. When nearing the end of our last lease in February, I was frustrated with a Boston area Subaru dealer who was not returning calls when I inquired about buy-out/new lease options. I then called Cityside. They listened to my questions and took the time to give me the information I needed to make a decision. The entire lease negotiation process, was a great experience. The sales staff, initially Darren and then Glen, were professional, courteous and knowledgeable about options available. We ended up leasing a customized model directly from the factory and we're regularly updated on delivery date and other details. When the time came to pick-up our new Outback, Michael, the Finance Manager guided us through the transaction efficiently and competently. Our sales rep, Glen was terrific with walking us through all the car's features and maintenance options. We never felt rushed and the entire transaction took less than one hour! Cityside did everything they said they would do. If what we experienced over the past two months is any indication on we can consistently expect, then Cityside will have another loyal customer.
