Most pleasant car buying experience I wanted to get a new car, a Subaru specifically, but I wasn't sure whether I would prefer the Impreza or the Crosstrek. I walked into the dealership I wanted to get a new car, a Subaru specifically, but I wasn't sure whether I would prefer the Impreza or the Crosstrek. I walked into the dealership just to look at the cars and Glen helped me weigh the advantage of one car over the other and ultimately gave me all the information I needed to figure out what car would be best for me. Even though I told Glen right away that I am not going to by anything now, he took the time to show me around. I made an appointment a few weeks later to come in to buy a car. From my previous experiences with other dealerships, I basically prepared for battle. This was utterly unnecessary. It was the smoothes, most pleasant and respectful experience ever. I feel like a got a fair price for the new car and the most value from the old one. Glen explained all the important features but was also aware that I wasn't interested to spend all day at the dealership. More
