Surprisingly my experience at Napleton River Oaks Honda was a very pleasant one. I wasn’t stressed to say the least. Before I even stepped into the dealership I spoke to a young woman by the name of Briana. She was truly amazing. She helped me with EVERYTHING! She gave me reassurance that everything would be okay and indeed it was. The follow up was consistent and always on time. On the days that Briana wasn’t in her desk partner Stacey dealt with me and she was so patient and knowledgeable. The company is only as good as its foundation (staff) and with this two I knew right away I was in good hands. I also dealt with the GSM Glen Smith who was a great help and very funny I may add. All in all I had a super great experience here and will referring everyone I know here! More

An Experience with Jeffrey Parham (J.P.) Upon entering Napleton's River Oaks Honda, I was greeted by the general manager, Glenn Smith. He listened. My problem caused him to seek out J.P, who Upon entering Napleton's River Oaks Honda, I was greeted by the general manager, Glenn Smith. He listened. My problem caused him to seek out J.P, who must have been found to be a good team player because instantly, his sense of understanding my problem, after being explained by Glen, gave me hope of a possible solution. It wasn't just a "sales" pitch but genuine concern. These are not quite J. P.'s exact words but paraphrased, "We're working on something that will fix your problem and be a good price for you." He meant that. When I saw the Civic Honda, I was beaming. The car note was something I could live with, and I left the building as a satisfied customer who had an encounter with a car salesmen with great product knowledge, helped me get a car that fit my need and style, and most of all, was truly committed to me being satisfied. I thank God for Jeffrey Parham! More

Most of the time at many many dealers I’ve shopped through it’s a headache to get the prices you want and a bigger one to get the car. When I called this place I admit I already had an attitude from the last dealership experience. When Stacey answered my call she was not fazed and sounded like one of the happiest people on earth. She got my questions answered and was upfront about things she didn’t know but got me those answered as well. She worked with me and what I wanted! What a xxxx change of pace! She gets the car pulled up for you and everything- she sat me down with a salesman named Jp who was so knowledgeable and patience and funny as heck! Go see this if you want a deal and good service! Together they helped me get a certified pre-owned CR-V. Thank again guys! See you for my next oil change More
