She is a spark & the Dancing Queen of the showroom, with a smile that illuminates for miles. Even though I wasn't who she expected, we still hit it off like old timers. It all starts with customer service and she started before I made it in the door. "With a wave of the hands" a smile and maybe a little two-step, she pointed to the door! As I entered, I felt like I'd known her years. We talked, laughed, test drove and talked some more. I was adamant about not purchasing a car but couldn't stick with my own decision because she and Chester made the process so easy, smooth and quick! Her Customer Service was on point as with her levels of respect for my indecisiveness. She was simply exceptional! The salesperson Glen Two months ago....I purchased 2012 Chrysler 300 fully equipped at the Easterns Automotive Group on Saint Barnabas Road location. The salesperson Glenda was excellent, she was very patient and friendly; she provided outstanding customer service to me. I was not even feeling well that evening and she was proactive to take time with me to make up mind on what type of ride i wanted.
