She has a bright infectious personality that puts you in a good mood too, and she does a great job at setting expectations and timeframes and explaining what's going on with your vehicle. George Moore Chevrolet itself has been open and honest from the start. They have never pushed anything that didn't need to be replaced, which is a big deal for me since so many places base replacements on mileage alone without even looking at the part in question, but they don't do that. Glenn made the sale part a breeze, polite and never pushy. Jackson and Jeremy made the ordering and financing almost fun. On the rare occasions I've had to speak to a service manager, Scottie was right there to go deep on how stuff works in a digestible way. I've sent multiple friends & family in for their purchases as well, and will continue to do so. More
