I got a call at 3:51 PM on Monday that my car could not be ready for pickup despite my calling that morning to confirm that it would; this after leaving the car with Subaru since the prior Thursday. I arrived at the subaru office at 4pm, 9 minutes after Subarus call having left work early and made special travel plans to get there. Very disappointed in the service and communications. Will think twice about where I buy my next car More

Never disappointed with responsibility and expedited service. Tamar is diligent and has served as an effective conduit from inception of the contact to leaving satisfied with the vehicle 100% of the tim service.
