I am especially excited to work with a distinguished manufacturer like Subaru, in a state of the art facility that is Subaru Superstore of Surprise. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 children. My hobbies include trying to keep up with whatever my teenage son is currently interested in; airsofting, motorcycle riding, camping, etc.

I used Subaru Superstore of Surprise's website to set a service appt for 5pm today. I selected 2 of the options listed; 80K service, and 4 wheel Alignment. I also included notes detailing specific work I was needing. This included 3 Non-op windows, and a suspension issue this same dealership mentioned during my prior visit. I also selected the option for a loaner vehicle, which I understood was not guaranteed. I received a text and an email confirming my appt. I arrived at 4:40 pm for my 5pm appointment. 3 people in Subaru shirts were standing in the drive. 1 was with a customer, the other 2 were talking. None acknowledged me which did not offend me since they were all busy, so I walked into the service area. 1 service writer was with a customer, the other was on the phone. No greeting here either. Not offended for the same reason above. There are no chairs in the service writing area, and no place to sign in so I chose to wait to speak with someone in case Glenn Craney, the service writer named in my confirmation wasn't aware I was there to see him. The guy on the phone looked at me and said "Are you waiting for me?" I said "I don't know who you are, but I have a 5pm appointment." This person was Glenn Craney. He found me in their system, then asked what services I was needing. Confused by this, I asked if he had the notes I entered online. He said no he did not have any information beside my name. I found this frustrating, but explained why I was there and that I had a warranty which may cover some of the work needed. He asked which company it was with, and I told him I wasn't sure but all that had been shared online. After some typing, Glenn Craney said "let's go look at your car." I assumed the loaner car was good since he hadn't said otherwise and there were 2 parked in the service drive. I again mentioned they could keep my car as long as necessary to fix everything. Again, under the assumption that the loaner car had been reserved. Glenn confirmed my windows were not working after visiting my car, and when I asked him what the next steps were. Glenn told me I needed to reschedule my appointment. Nothing about the suspension, no discussion about the 80k warranty. I was dumbfounded. I asked why their website offers the ability to set an appointment and leave notes if that info doesn't get to the service department. Glenn simply said "I don't know, sorry." Not once did he offer any assistance beyond telling me he thinks my rear windows are "stuck" and he could help me by setting up a new appointment. I figured I'd give it one more try and restated that as long as they can get me a loaner vehicle I was not in a rush. Glenn stated he couldn't do anything about a loaner until work begins on my car. If you keep offering customer service like this, pretty soon you'll have all kinds of open appointments. My wife and I will find a new shop to work on our Subarus moving forward. This will be our final interaction with Subaru Superstore of Surprise, and I felt it was worth pointing out that it was pure garbage. Customer beware. More

I just cannot say enough about this dealership. I have never experienced one like this before in all of my car buying years. What makes this dealership special are several factors. Friendly and he will go out of his way to help you. Tina is the delivery person that will work you one one one with to make sure you know your new car. She is just great. Service department is like Mark and Tina. Just great! My cars have been serviced there since the dealership opened. My # 1 contact is Glenn and he again is great to work with.
