If I could give them zero stars I would. The service associates give you nothing but attitude. The person who did the inspection on my vehicle just walked around with his cell phone and care The service associates give you nothing but attitude. The person who did the inspection on my vehicle just walked around with his cell phone and cared more about the tires than anything else. The service associate refused to tell me how much a brake fluid flush would be and the cost of a front end alignment. All he cared about was a $1200 sale and the fact that my vehicle hadn't been there since 2024. There is a reason why and the above reasons should be enough to paint the picture. More

Every visit is made more pleasant because of pleasant, cheerful personnel. No matter the job responsibility, every person is supportive with a smile or kind support. I really think it should be the adult customers choice to have some tiny "unhealthier" treat once in a while, and not other complaining customers who decided to police what I choose. Cookies are still there but certainly not the same as something a bit salty that we might not get at home! And for your info, there were two other customers disappointed while viewing snack choices. The amazing coffee helped make up for the loss :-) ! More
