I recently purchased the Subaru Uncharted from the Subaru Superstore of Suprise. This is my first EV and having a sales associate like Ronnie, who owns the Solterra EV, was extremely beneficial. He cut my EV learning curve in half during the test drive. Scott and the entire sales team were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had an excellent experience. Finally, Todd made the financing experience a breeze. He explained the added protection options without any pressure to purchase, which was appreciated and not like my wife's experience at another dealership. I was extremely surprised and appreciative that I was in and out in less than two hours - it would have been quicker, but I wanted to drive the car again while the loan was being approved, which delayed the final detailing of the car! I don't plan on going back anytime soon - only because I will be driving the Uncharted for years to come. However, I would recommend to anyone that they make the Subaru Superstore of Suprise their first and only stop! More

From my first meeting with John Williams who turned out to be my sales associate, it has been 100% great. I had just finished my 2024 Honda CRV getting service and decided to see what Subaru s were all abo to be my sales associate, it has been 100% great. After some pleasant conversation and looking at the cars in the show room I told him I had go. He asked me to meet his sales manager Jonathan Inzunza before I left. I was so impressed with John and Jonathan when I got home, I stapled their business cards to my Honda service receipt. Luckily I did that. It was weeks or a couple months or so I went back to see John. Last week I drove a new 2026 Subaru Forester Touring Hybrid home. That shortens the story a lot but leaves out all the great personnel that were involved with this purchase with John being the absolute leader of the pack. He is absolutely responsible for this deal.
