I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2024 crosstrek. Prior to paying for the service, I decided to buy a new 2026 Crosstrek and trade in my 2024. I asked if manage if they would on my 2024 crosstrek. Prior to paying for the service, I decided to buy a new 2026 Crosstrek and trade in my 2024. I asked if manage if they would pay for my oil change and tire rotation considering I just bought a new 2026 vehicle and management stated unable. I paid for the 2024 service (Invoice SUCS102930) ) but Im still frustrated I had to paid for the service. 5 stars to the sales and service folks they were outstanding top notch!!!
