Glenn at DePaula Ford in Albany made buying a new truck an excellent experience. From the time I walked in the door saying “I’m only looking and not buying today” until the time I actually bought the truck an excellent experience. From the time I walked in the door saying “I’m only looking and not buying today” until the time I actually bought the truck (a couple of hours later) I was not pressured or given the salesman push to purchase the truck. Glenn researched and printed all the different packages and options of the different vehicles and actually took the time to learn about wife and myself and what we like to do (tow a travel trailer) and helped us make an informed choice. He could have sold me the truck that was $10k more but he instead sold me what we needed without all the extra money. I would 100% recommend talking with Glenn if your in the market for a new Ford! More
