The salesman i had was great it was the service part that left a bad taste in my mouth. I feel once they got my money i was just another guy. I had the 60 day dealership warranty and i had an issue with the left a bad taste in my mouth. I feel once they got my money i was just another guy. I had the 60 day dealership warranty and i had an issue with the 4 wheel drive system. I made an appointment 2 weeks out and for 7am. I got there alittle early like 10 mins and went in and i waited at the desk the door was opened so I figured they wouldnt mind. A group of 8 guys seen me standing there but insisted to talk and not even say we will be with you in a bit. I get checked in with the service guys and i asked how long i could expect i said i had to wait because it was my only ride and I'm about 1 hr away. They seemed shocked and said oh well prolly not till lunch time. I was ok with that if it was getting fixed. Well i decided to go for a walk and noticed my truck sitting in the lot this was around 8 am. I was gone for about 2 hrs and still noticed my truck sitting there. So this was around 10 am i decided to go ask the service dept what was going on they were very rude and told me that they told me around lunch time. I said the truck is just sitting there why would i make an appointment for 7 am and its still sitting there. They gave me all kinds of excuses... oh its being worked on just because its sitting there doesnt meen its not getting worked on. Luckily my sales guy seen me and i explained to him what was going on and he went right away and started finding out. Long story short 1030 came they started working on my truck i was out of there around 12pm. I just dont understand how you can make an appointment but that doesnt matter. My opinion is the "used car " mechanic wasnt in till 10 1030 and thats when my truck was going to get started. They should have told me what was going on instead i waste a day off at the dealership More

I was only some what satisfied with my experience. Things were going great up until I picked up my truck. The day I picked it up I got there to find out my payments were going to be higher than what I Things were going great up until I picked up my truck. The day I picked it up I got there to find out my payments were going to be higher than what I was told on the phone. Then I was told by Glenn that he was coming outside to go over the features of the truck with me. I sat outside for 35 minutes waiting for him. After which I went inside to tell him that I was leaving because I had to get to work he looked a little suprised that I was still there. He replied that I could stop by any day but a Tuesday and he would go over it with me. I learned alot of the features on my own from just the owners manual , I never stopped back. More
