Initially, DePaula tried to cheat on my lease. After exposing it, they conceded. A concession was to include complimentary service. I had to “remind” them EACH time, otherwise, they wanted to charge me! exposing it, they conceded. A concession was to include complimentary service. I had to “remind” them EACH time, otherwise, they wanted to charge me! When turning in my EXTREMELY low mileage CX-3, I asked if they wanted to purchase it. They did, but, again cheaped out on the deal. They made $3,000…they gave me $200. I would NOT recommend them to friends. More

We just bought our 3rd vehicle from Glenn and he is awesome! The manager Albert was awful! He felt it was OK to let someone walk in at 7pm and cut the line for finalizing paperwork with financing. We awesome! The manager Albert was awful! He felt it was OK to let someone walk in at 7pm and cut the line for finalizing paperwork with financing. We waited 8 hours to finalize our paperwork and our dinner celebration was ruined because Alberts uncaring attitude. Our daughter bought a new cx5 grand touring as her first car and she had to witness this behavior. If it wasn't for Glenn we would have walked out and not purchased the TWO CARS THAT DAY! More
