I'm not sure of his name, I believe he was the sales manager. My husband and Glenn were speaking with him about a key to my recently purchased vehicle and this man was rude. He acted like my husband was bothering him and he made a point to say to my husband that he was "losing money on this deal". Glenn and Q were both amazing during this experience. I absolutely love my new car. That comment took away some of the joy I experienced that day. Not professional at all. We own a body shop and order a great deal from the Depaula dealerships.
