On a whim, we drove onto the lot with no intention of buying. A beautiful 2016 SRX caught our eye with a listing price that was extremely reasonable. We were met by Joey Fellenbaum who was a delight to deal with. We have never experienced a car salesman who did not pressure for a sale. We decided that night to purchase. At closing, finance manager, Glenn Davis, was extremely knowledgeable and efficiently explained each document and answered every question in detail. When paperwork was complete, Joey met us at the car. He had filled the tank then spent a lengthy amount of time going over the operations of the dashboard. The show room was clean and beautiful. The entire process was very pleasant. We can’t say enough about our experience with Kelly Cadillac and would highly recommend them to anyone! More

I sent everything in ahead of time and they worked with my schedule ensuring a fast and efficient delivery. Joey was polite and super helpful in connecting my phone and making sure I was happy with everything. He even came in on his day off making things more convenient for me. Glenn, in finance, was friendly and did amazing explaining everything I was signing, so it was clearly understood. The car was detailed in wonderful condition.
