I met Sales Consultant Joey Fellenbaum and we took a ride. I told Joey my wife was not likely to part with her Yukon Denali. Joey kept in touch with me. When he called last week with further price deductions, I told him I was interested, but had little time to spend on the buying process. I wanted to trade two vehicles. In addition to my wife’s Denali, I decided to trade my seldom used 2019 Mustang with just 2,042 miles. Within a day we had a deal. I did not negotiate the offer because of the swift process, the affordable financing, and my eagerness to become a Kelly customer. The closing was a pleasure. Kim, my sales consultant, provided me all of the information I requested regarding the car that I eventually purchased. Kim answered all of my questions and made my buying experience very easy. She is a wonderful sales consultant who takes a lot of pride in her job. Glenn, in the finance department, is a true professional and provided me with great service in signing all of the required forms for buying a call. I visited with my husband the day before Thanksgiving to check on a car my husband found online. We were greeted by Uzma and our car was waiting for us up front. After we took the car for a test drive and w check on a car my husband found online. We were greeted by Uzma and our car was waiting for us up front. After we took the car for a test drive and went back to the dealer we were personally greeted by the owner who introduced himself and was very personable. We had some issues that they managed to resolve for us, Glenn on the Finance department was terrific as well and took the time to walk us through the paperwork. They stayed with us way passed closing hours and everybody was incredibly accommodating and patient. We ended up taking home my DREAM CAR!!! The car is in great condition and impeccably clean, the owner himself went to the gas station to fill up the tank! A+ service, will absolutely refer to our family and friends.
