When we walked into the showroom on the day we were to sign the paperwork and pick up the car, we were warmly greeted by the owner who asked how our vacation was. He along with several staff members thanked us several times for our business and really meant it. Uzma spent extra time showing us all the features of our new car and how to use them. You can tell she cares about her customers, loves her job and the people she works with! This dealership takes customer service seriously and really wants you to have a great buying experience that I believe will carry through to good customer care with the follow up maintenance visits as well. 5 stars for this dealership! I was not planning on buying a car but Kim was personable and "real". She pointed out all the features of the car without being high pressure. Everyone went out of their way to be friendly. They answered all of our hundred questions (not kidding). Full disclosure - I am repeat customer. We had previously bought a Cadillac from a Toyota dealer and I have been getting it serviced at Kelly. I have been so impressed with the service department's honesty and kindness that I decided to look for my next car here. Honestly, I was a little embarassed at first because my budget was low, but we found a great used car in my price range! I couldn't be happier. More

And he gave me a Cadillac water bottle, which I love!!! I think I need to visit more to get some since I use it so much, lol! Kim went over everything in the car with me while my mom did the paperwork! They went over and above ANY dealership I been to and my mom and pap! I would recommend them to anyone!! I love my car and passed my drivers license!!! If you want exceptional service this is the place to go!!! More
