I did not plan to buy a vehicle that day and she understood that. She helped me evaluate my options and I purchased my Escalade a few days later. I never felt pressured in any way! The whole staff greeted me and were very helpful as well. Including the owners! I felt they treated me very fairly with pricing as well. In this day and age, we can compare the pricing online to others and their price was very competitive and I appreciate the local service. I hope to buy future vehicles from them. I would highly recommend them and working with Uzma as she is great to work with! More

When I went to Kelly Cadillac and met Joey Fellenbaum, I knew I would buy from Kelly Cadillac. Joey answered all of my questions, enjoyed a few test drives with me, and allowed me to zig-zag my way to other models and then back to my CTS decision. He got me everything I wanted on the CPO 2016 CTS and a great price. I went back with a few maintenance issues, and Doug Givler took care of everything quickly and efficiently. Everyone was professional and courteous throughout the process. After many years of being practical and frugal, I'm loving the Cadillac driving experience. Driving is fun again!! More

I looked online, looked on the lot, test drove a beautiful red 2020 XT5 but took a while to make a decision. My sales representative, Uzma, was very patient and allowed me to work through the decision process. Uzma was great! What a great experience. I did not want to be shopping for a replacement Suburban ...hoping to put it off until the summer. But, plans changed. We What a great experience. We saw a perfect Suburban for us on Autotrader and made the trip from Delaware to Lancaster. So glad we did! Uzma was a wonderful salesperson, but even more so, friendly to talk with. The owner was friendly, and you could tell everyone there valued us and loved their job. While we are in Delaware, if we were closer, this would be our go to place for service. As an aside...we named the black Suburban "Dark Vader" LOL More
