When it was time to look for a new car, we stopped by Kelly Cadillac to check out an XT5. I loved the car but wanted to make sure we looked at a few other options before making our decision, Our saleswoman, Uzma, was very understanding and did not push us while going through the process. We went back to Kelly Cadillac and were offered a good deal on our new vehicle. The purchase was a pleasant experience. Mr. Davis was very friendly and thorough and had all the financial paperwork in order and ready to sign when we got there. Mr. Kelly then stopped by to introduce himself and welcome us to his dealership with a Cadillac umbrella and hat. He was very genuine. Uzma has a caring sole and went over the car with us before leaving. We have never owned a Cadillac before, and I am glad we chose Kelly Cadillac for our purchase. They offer some nice amenities after the sale that other dealerships do not... I would recommend checking them out. More

Marc was very informative about the vehicle and patiently explained the details. I told him that I was just browsing. He was fine with that and did not try to oversell the vehicle. .Long story short I ended up purchasing the vehicle!!! Everyone that I met at Kelly's Cadillac had the kindest personality and pleasant smiles. At no time did I feel pressure to purchase the vehicle. The entire process was smooth. It was pleasant from the gentleman that found me the best rates ~ Mr. Allen Hartz, to the gentleman that explained the paperwork ~ Mr. Glenn Davis and to the gentleman that was with me though out the entire process ~ Mr.. Marc Gagliardi. OH and the Owner was extremely personal and was very kind and funny! I called ahead to make sure the car was still available and made an appointment with Howard. Everything was ready for my test drive when I arrived. All of the people I meet at Kelly were professional and friendly. I drive many miles each year and buy cars often including Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Volvo, Lexus and Acura. None of these various dealerships has done a better job than Kelly. I highly recommend them and would buy from them again. More
